How to make kung pao chicken

  This recipie is made in two parts,first the sauce is made and then add into the fried chicken. Ingredients of  the sauce Soy sauce 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Water  Corn starch Vinegar 1 tbsp Green onion chopped 4 METHOD  Combine 1 tbsp soy sauce , 1 tbsp sesame oil, dark  soy sauce, corn starch water vinegar,sugar.Transfer this mixture to a medium skillet over medium  until aromatic and thick Second part Ingredients Chicken  Peanut Oil Ginger  Garlic Chillies Method Cook the ginger and garlic  with heated oil then you add the dried chillies, chicken , peanuts and the sauce (already made) and cook until the chicken is done Garnish with chopped green onions and chillies.

Chicken boneless with peanut , orange glaze and citrus butter sauce

Ingredient  2 chicken breasts (8 oz, boneless) 2 Tablespoons olive oil peanut paste (optional) Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup orange glaze 1/2 cup citrus butter sauce Coat each chicken breast on both sides with olive oil, peanut paste, salt and pepper. Preheat a charcoal-grill to medium heat, before to placing the chicken on the charcoal grill. Grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side, flipping it over twice during the grilling process. The chicken is done quickly because we are using boneless chicken.
