 Ingredient for pattie ▪ 4 Potatoes medium in size ▪ Chicken boiled one cup ▪ Mint leaves one table spoon ▪ salt according to your taste  ▪ red chilli powder upto taste ▪ Black pepper powder upto taste ▪ Cumin seed crushed two pinch ▪ garlic paste half teaspoon Method : Mix all the ingredients well and make little ball  and shape as pattie and coat with egg and breadcrumbs and then fry it . Shallow  fry or deep fry its upto you Serve with ketchup or any sause.

INGREDIENT FOR PIE CRUST 1  1/4 cups all purpose flour   half cup butter chill  1/4 Cup water cold  pinch salt  Almonds finely chopped 75 gram  chopped fig  50 gram 1 cup milk  1 spoon corn flour  1/4 sugar (regular) 1/4 Cup brown sugar . Preparation method for almond and fig Pie.  1 )Mix  the flour with sugar, butter ,and Pinch of salt  2) Mix milk ,butter, sugar, brown sugar and blend well . 3 ) Cook over low heat till well mixed and add almond and fig chopped than place the mixture in the baked pie shell. To bake, place the pie on a baking sheet in a 375゜F oven and bake for 20 minutes  until the top starts to lightly brown then lower the temp to 350゜F  and bake from 45 minutes . Let
