This is a blackberry chocolate cake recipe, a 3 layer cake with 2 layers of blackberry cream filling and topped with chocolate buttercream icing. Do you want to build this amazing building now?  



 First you make  chocolate cake (you can use your favourite  chocolate cake recipe) to make this cake or just use 2 dark chocolate cake mixes for the inexperienced baker.

Ingredients

6 medium eggs

1 1/2 cups cold water

2 cups of oil

Mix on medium speed to blend well, whisking again for 1 minute more until blended.

3 (10x2-inch baking pans) 

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 to 40 minutes or until done

Cool on a rack.

Blend  the blackberries well together. Mix blackberry paste with the whip cream. (Don't make it too thin).

Use any chocolate buttercream recipe you like and add (blackberry extract) until you reach your desired consistency (if your icing is too thin, just add 10x the sugar).





Put an  icing around the bottom layer coast and your filling in the center and on the smooth surface, repeat for the second layer, using shaved chocolate in center top.You can also decorate your cake in different way as you like
